These updates will include current ship times, shop closings, giveaways, vacation/break times, and any other pertinent information regarding our products

All ingredients are listed in the item/product description for your review before purchase and are also listed on the label for your review before use. By purchasing any items or products, you are agreeing that you will not hold ALT. Cosmetics responsible should you have an allergic reaction from using any item purchased. **Products MAY contain nut oils!** If you have any questions regarding products or ingredients, please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org before making a purchase!
Ingredients: All products are cruelty-free, and all materials and ingredients are sourced from companies that follow our values. All products have product labels that include all ingredients used for that individual product. All products follow all guidelines that are required by law. It is our responsibility to list all ingredients used.
Dyes and Color Policy: It is always recommended to use in a clean bathtub. No worries though, if your bathtub does stain, just rinse with warm water and wipe off with washcloths or paper towel *Touching (holding, rubbing, crushing) bath bomb may cause hand staining, but will wash off after a couple of washes. This is due to the very pigmented colors that are used. Dyes and colorants react differently on various types of surfaces so it is your responsibility to test a small amount before use. ALT. Cosmetics is not responsible for any staining that occurs. We encourage you to start with a clean tub before using any of our products.
Processing and Shipping Policy: Processing times can be same day up to 10 business days. We keep our most popular items always in stock, but sometimes have to make batches of product which can cause a delay in processing times. We take pride in producing high-quality products, and if a product doesn't meet our standards, we sometimes have to remake which can cause a delay in the processing times. ALT. Cosmetics is a one-man band, and we produce wholesale for retails which can result in longer processing times. Shipping times depend on where you are located but can take anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks if international. I have the right to change shipping times should it be deemed necessary. Shipping, handling, humidity, and temperature can affect the delivery condition of the bath bombs. Products are still usable and it does not affect the overall performance therefore, ALT. Cosmetics does not replace products that have cracks, dents, or dust due to shipping.
Edmonton Local Pick- Ups: We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up. Please schedule a day and time to pick up your order.
Edmonton Delivery: We deliver in Edmonton as well as Sherwood Park and Tofield. Outside of these areas may result in extras fees. Please contact us if you reside outside the listed areas.

Lost/Stolen Policy: If your package gets lost/stolen please contact the carrier and file a report. Once your package has left our facility and onto the hands of the mail courier, we are not responsible for the condition in which you receive it. We also make sure everything is packaged accordingly to avoid damage during shipping. ALT. Cosmetics is not responsible for lost/stolen packages and will not resend packages for lost or stolen orders.
Damaged Products: Minor damage or imperfections such as cracking, slight crushing, and small dents may occur during shipment/carrier travel. These minor issues only affect the aesthetic of the item and not the usability and therefore, they will not be eligible for an exchange. Major or severe damage will need to be reviewed to be considered eligible for replacement. You will need to submit a photograph of the product's condition upon arrival within three days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date. Leave the product inside the box and do not open or tamper with the packaging before photographing the damage.
Return // Exchange // Cancelation: Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept cancellation of orders.
Additional notes: To get the very best out of your products use within 6 months of purchase. You can save them longer but please note oils may dry after a long period and will be less fragrant.
If you need your order by a certain date (for a birthday, holiday, special event, etc) it is your responsibility to message us or leave a note at check out so we can bump up your order to be sent out at our next available time. Please note that this does not ensure that will be able to reach your deadline as we are in high demand and all of our products are handmade to order.
Additional Notes: The products produced by ALT. Cosmetics are handmade in small batches and there will be some discrepancies with the shade and intensity of color, details/decorations, and strength as well as the scent of fragrance used. Hand-painted details may vary. Bath bombs may or may not float. We try to keep all listings in stock but may have to remake a batch which can cause a delay in our processing times.
